In 1986, a finnish family living in the countryside has their peace shattered when they are forced to confront a phenomenon that no one can explain or stop.
Developed over an intensive two-month period, this film represents a hybrid approach. While I have been skeptical about long-form AI content, I wanted to push the boundaries myself. The result is a project that isn't "pure AI," but rather a blend of traditional filmmaking, CGI, and AI-assisted techniques.
Working with two brave, talented actors made this one of my most rewarding experiences to date. Thank you Markku Pihlajaviita & Antti Honka! While my heart remains with traditional craft, I believe staying ahead of the curve is essential. AI won't replace professional filmmaking, but it is a powerful new tool in the kit.
